Tahoe’s buried! The latest snow conditions and lift ticket deals at Copper, Winter Park, Steamboat

North Lake Tahoe, already boasting a stellar snowpack, got two feet of new snow in a 24-hour period on Tuesday and Wednesday.  That makes more than 14 feet of snow falling at the ski resorts’ higher elevations since late October, with more snow on the way!

And that’s not all, it’s a great early season. Get the latest conditions across the country from On the Snow.

Looking for a deal on lift tickets? Head over to Liftopia, where they have discount tickets for Snowbird, Mt. Bachelor, Angel Fire and Stowe, to name just a few.

Live in Colorado? Two new deals have been announced. For $99, you can ski without additional payment every time Copper Mountain gets four or more inches of snow (it happens more than 42 times a season, they say). For $199 you can get the 4by40 Ski Pass: two days at Steamboat and two days at Winter Park. Hurry, deal ends Dec. 31.
