Dew Tour qualifying rocked the pipe in Breckenridge

The Dew Tour visits Breckenridge, Killington and Snowbasin this season.

The pipe was buzzing in Breckenridge on Wednesday when qualifying began for the Nike 6.0 Dew Tour event this weekend. While 280 athletes began efforts to qualify for the weekend prelims and finals, superstars such as Hannah Teter and Gretchen Bleiler, Steve Fisher and Scotty Lago, are prequalified into the field.

What can you expect? The usual absurdly good freeskiing (slopestyle, superpipe) and snowboarding (slopestyle, superpipe) you’ve come to expect. And who else will compete? Freeskiing stars like Bobby Brown, Andreas Hatveit and Jossi Wells along with snowboarding magician Louie Vito.
