The NCAA Ski Championships are at Stowe Mountain

The University of Colorado ended the University of Denver’s three-year reign as national champs on Saturday in Stowe, Vermont. Here’s how.


The University of Denver might have swept the giant slalom races at the NCAA Ski Championships on Wednesday, but it was the University of Colorado leading the team competition after day one at Stowe Mountain. Because of a predicted storm on Thursday, the GS was moved up a day to share billing with the 5K cross-country race. The best collegiate skiers are going at it during the NCAA Ski Championships at Stowe Mountain this week. The team competition ranges from nordic to alpine skiing  today through Saturday.
