It’s the goal of so many excellent skiers: sponsorship.

But with so many great skiers out there these days, it’s not easy to attain that goal. And you definitely won’t get sponsored if you go about it the wrong way, as this great article from Freeskier explains. For one thing, the ski team managers are busy. How busy? Let Matthew Rihm of Rossignol/Dynastar explain: “Every TM in the business is busier than a one-toothed man in a corn-on-the-cob eating contest.”
