Three of a kind: Vonn wins World Cup Super G to sweep weekend races; Mancuso finishes third

Lindsey Vonn is being selfish and it must feel good, because no other women seem able to top the podium at a World Cup event this weekend in Lake Louise, Alberta.

The American superstar made it a clean sweep of the speed events when she won the Super G on Sunday (Dec. 4), besting Anna Fenninger of Austria and teammate Julia Mancuso. And unlike the previous downhills won by Vonn, the margin of victory was not the massive 2 seconds she secured in those victories — only :19 separated her from second. SATURDAY: Vonn won her second World Cup Downhill on Saturday (Dec. 3) in as many days at Lake Louise in Alberta,  leaving second-place finisher Marie Marchand-Arvier of France a distant 1.68 seconds off her blistering pace of 1:51:35.
