Lindsey Vonn thought she might have had Crohn’s disease

Last week Lindsey Vonn told her Facebook fans she had overcome an “infection in my tummy.” But in the Denver Post today (Nov. 27) Vonn revealed the doctor’s “worried it was Crohn’s disease.”

  • In last weekend’s women’s World Cup action, Slovenian star Tina Maze won the Giant Slalom in Aspen and took third in the slalom won by Austrian Kathrin Zettel. (Read more)
