The Dew Big Air Course (Alli Sports)

Kai Mahler won the first-ever Big Air competition at Winter Dew Tour in an exciting competition held Thursday (Dec. 13) under the lights at Breckenridge.

Mahler’s “switch left double misty 1440 double Japan grab” over the 67-foot gap took top honors over a star-studded field. Read the story and see a video.

The top five and their scores:

  1. Kai Mahler: 97.00
  2. Gus Kenworthy: 95.75
  3. Henrik Harlaut: 94.75
  4. Josiah Wells: 87.75
  5. Tom Wallisch: 87.50

Friday competition includes Women’s Snowboard Superpipe semis, followed by finals in Women’s Freeski Superpipe and Slopestyle, then Men’s Superpipe.
